Who these terms are with

MyResidencePermit.ge is operated by Tbilisi Expat: LLC Setup, Tax and Business Consulting, at 12 Nikoloz Baratashvili Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. These terms are governed by Georgian law, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the services listed on this site: residence permit applications of every category, Special Labour Permit applications, renewals, permanent residence and citizenship assistance, and the document preparation that goes with them. Each engagement is also governed by whatever we agree with you in writing for that specific piece of work, and where the two differ, the written engagement wins.

Fees

The prices published on this site are the prices we charge, and they exclude 18% VAT where VAT applies. Government fees are separate and are stated where they arise. We will tell you before doing work that falls outside an agreed scope. A package overage is a conversation, not a surprise line on an invoice.

What we are responsible for

Preparing and filing your application correctly and on time against the documents and information you give us. Where we make a preparation or filing error, correcting it is ours. That does not extend to consequences caused by documents you did not send us, sent us late, or sent us incorrectly.

What we are not responsible for

Content on this site is general information, not legal or immigration advice for your situation. Georgian migration rules change, they changed three times in the twelve months to August 2026, and a page written six months ago may no longer be current. Do not act on a published page alone; that is what the consultation is for.

We do not guarantee any outcome that a third party decides. The grant, refusal, renewal and revocation of a residence permit, a labour permit, permanent residence or citizenship are decisions of the Georgian authorities, not ours. Nor can we control the time an apostille or certificate takes in your home country.
