Free Residence Permit Consultation
Thirty minutes with someone who files Georgian residence permit applications every week. We work out which route your circumstances support, what it costs, and how much time you have before the filing deadline. If the answer is that you do not need us, that is the answer you get.
- Anyone unsure which route applies
- People with a deadline running down
- Applicants already refused once
- Families planning a move together
- Anyone told a figure they want checked
- Cost
- Free
- Length
- 30 minutes
- Obligation
- None
What we cover in thirty minutes
Enough to know what you are dealing with and what it costs. You speak to someone who does these applications, not a salesperson reading a script.
- Which residence permit route your circumstances support, and whether you need one at all
- Whether the Special Labour Permit applies to you. For a lot of people it does not
- How many days you have before the 40-day filing deadline
- What it costs, ours and the government’s, with no surprises later
- What the realistic timeline is, including the apostille from your country
- Whether family members can come with you, and on what basis
The three things worth knowing before you book
Most consultations turn on the same three facts, so having them ready doubles what we get through. First: the exact date your current legal stay expires: not roughly, exactly. Second: who your clients or your employer are, and whether any of them are Georgian, because that is what decides the labour permit question. Third: whether you own Georgian property and what it is worth, because if it is near $150,000 the passive route may be open to you.
What it is not
Thirty free minutes cannot be a full legal opinion on a complex immigration history, and pretending otherwise would not serve you. Reconstructing a broken residence history, structuring a $300,000 investment so it qualifies, or advising on a refusal already under appeal are paid work. We will tell you at the end of the call which of the two you are looking at, and quote it before you commit to anything.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Thirty minutes, no card, no obligation and no follow-up sales sequence.
The exact date your current legal stay expires, where your income comes from and whether any is Georgian-source, and whether you own Georgian property and what it is worth. Those three answers cover most of what determines your route.
Yes. Plenty of people are fine on visa-free status indefinitely, and plenty never come near the labour permit. Both are answers we give regularly, and neither costs you anything.
Yes. Most are. You can also come to the office in Tbilisi.
English or Russian, whichever you prefer. Say which when you book and we will put the right person on the call.
Especially then. The options narrow with every week that passes, and the worst version of this problem is the one somebody sat on for a month before asking.
If paid work makes sense we quote it, in writing, with a fixed fee wherever the scope allows. If not, nothing happens and there is no obligation.
Not sure this is the right one?
Thirty free minutes, no obligation. We will tell you which route actually fits, including when the answer is that you do not need us.
